Jessica Sanchez is the CEO of JS Platinum Insurance Services and Partner at The Corporate Advocate, specializes in Workers' Compensation. Jessica prides herself in finding solutions to help clients and their unique business needs.

Ray Blom is the COO of The Corporate Advocate and an Executive Business Coach & Educator with more than twenty years of business leadership and management experience. Prior to his partnership in The Corporate Advocate, Ray was the Founder and CEO of the Contractors State License Centers, a chain of vocational schools located throughout Southern California.
Ray holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and has taught Law & Business Education courses as a state approved instructor. He was also the first California franchise owner of the Estrada Strategies Executive Coaching model.
Ray’s extensive experience, passion, and dedication to his clients' successes has enabled him to solve challenges facing California construction and staffing companies over the last two decades.
